Bob Murphy


Bob Murphy is President of Brick House Marketing and has over 25 years of experience that includes working at Turner Broadcasting in Atlanta as well as 22 Squared and Fox Sports in Tampa. He has both agency and broadcast marketing/sales experience and is committed to developing exceptional long-term relationships with Clients and media partners. Bob especially enjoys the challenge of helping Clients exceed their goals.

Bob is a Tampa native who loves boating & fishing and is involved in many Tampa Bay area charities both personally and on behalf of our Clients.

Denise Essex

VP, Account Director

Denise Essex has vast experience in account management and leadership roles while serving Clients at Young & Rubicam New York, Lipphardt Agency and 22 Squared in Tampa. She directs projects from inception to completion. Denise performs research and develops creative strategy to include everything from brand identity to final production. She likes learning about our Clients’ industries to gain a broader view of competitive trends.

Denise is a Florida native from Miami and the proud mother of twin boys. When she is not cheering them on at the ball fields, she supports many local charities.

Erica Allen

Media Supervisor

Erica Allen is proficient in broadcast buying with more than 10+ years of experience. Media is her second language! She places schedules, negotiates the best value, and conveys our Clients’ messages to a targeted audience. Erica gets satisfaction from navigating the media on behalf of the Clients. Relationship building and consumer communications are her specialties.

This practitioner in media enjoys motherly fun too. She spends quality time baking for or singing to her two kids, and she too, is a Tampa native.

Sarah Gremer

Digital Media Director

Sarah Gremer has been navigating the world of digital marketing for over 10+ years with a focus in Paid Search, SEO and Paid Social. While she, like the rest of the team, thrives in sunny Florida, she spent some time in Chicago, Detroit and New York to lead strategy and account management for a variety of advertisers across many different industries including retail, pharmaceutical, CPG and luxury automotive.

Sarah balances work by spending time off with her two children, exploring downtown Tampa and enjoying year-round beach weather.
